Craig Driggers Named Vice Chair of the North Central Texas Workforce Development Board

Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas (WSNCT) announces the appointment of Craig Driggers, Director of Manufacturing at L3Harris Technologies, as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. With more than 30 years of leadership in the aerospace and defense industry and a strong record of public service, Driggers brings deep industry insight and a passion for workforce development to the Board’s executive leadership. 

Driggers currently oversees a team of more than 500 employees at L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, Texas, where he leads 14 functional areas of manufacturing focused on delivering high-precision electronics for U.S. military intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance platforms. His experience spans program management, engineering coordination, production oversight, and mentorship—critical assets as WSNCT continues to align workforce strategies with the evolving demands of North Texas industries.

Beyond his professional achievements, Driggers, who is a Greenville native, has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to education, community leadership, and public service. Driggers also holds active board roles with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and Cash Water Board SUD, and is a former school board president and trustee for Lone Oak ISD.

His focus on high-quality training and mentorship will be key to driving future-ready talent solutions across the region.
