Anyone can file a complaint, including individuals, employers, organizations, associations, or other entities. You may also designate someone to act as your representative during the complaint process.

Please find the Workforce Center you visited in the list below. Choose your preferred language to view the contact information for the Complaint System Representative assigned to your center. Then, reach out to the Complaint System Representative using the provided contact details. They will guide you through the process and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and fairly.
