Robert Flores and Joshua Bourgeois Named to Board of Directors for WSNCT

Arlington, Texas - Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas (WSNCT) is proud to announce the appointment of Robert Flores and Joshua Bourgeois, DNP, MS, RN, NE-BC, to its Board of Directors. Both bring extensive leadership experience and a deep commitment to workforce development and community engagement in the region.

Robert Flores, Associate Director of Talent & Career Development Programs at Raytheon, has more than 20 years of leadership in operations and supply chain management. His career spans overseeing large-scale talent development programs for over 14,000 employees and managing multimillion-dollar contracts in advanced manufacturing. A U.S. Army veteran, Flores holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He currently serves on Collin College’s Business and Industry Advisory Committees for Electronic Engineering Technology and Robotics and Automation Technology.

Joshua Bourgeois, Executive Vice President of Hospital Operations and Northern Market Chief Nursing Officer at Children’s Medical Center Plano, brings a strong background in hospital administration, quality improvement, and patient safety. With over two decades of nursing and leadership experience, Bourgeois has driven operational excellence, holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Texas at Arlington, and is a recognized leader in healthcare quality and nursing administration. Children’s Medical Center Plano supports workforce training through innovative programs like registered apprenticeships and internship partnerships with WSNCT.
