Child Care Solutions for Your Workforce

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is offering free Technical Assistance (TA) to help employers evaluate and analyze the child care needs of their workforce.

This initiative is designed to help employers:

• Understand the child care needs of their employees
• Explore cost-effective solutions, including employer-supported child care programs
• Develop a business plan tailored to their workforce

Employers can participate individually or as part of a consortium.

How to Get Started: Download the Employer Interest Form and submit to ECCS@twc.texas.gov. You can visit the ECCS webpage for more detailed information.
