Carson, Key, Robles, and Humphries Named to the North Central Texas Workforce Development Board

Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas (WSNCT) announces the appointment of Charlotte Carson, Marvin Key, Edwin Robles, and Wendy Humphries to its Board of Directors. Together, they bring experience across marketing and small business growth, skilled trades training, nonprofit workforce services, and manufacturing and human resources—aligning with key industries that drive the North Central Texas economy.

Charlotte Carson is Founder and CEO of Riser Media Group, where she advises small and mid-sized businesses on marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital growth, supporting workforce readiness and employer engagement.

Marvin Key is Co-Founder and CEO of ForgeNow, a career training organization focused on preparing individuals for high-demand skilled trades, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Edwin Robles serves as Workforce Manager at Metrocrest Services, where he oversees workforce programs, job training initiatives, and hiring events connecting individuals to employment.

Wendy Humphries is HR Factory Manager at Tetra Pak, leading workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee relations within a manufacturing environment.

As board members, Carson, Key, Robles, and Humphries will support WSNCT's efforts to connect businesses with a skilled workforce and expand opportunities for individuals through education, training, and work-based learning.
