Dairy Innovation Day Coming to Stephenville on April 27
Texas is a dairy powerhouse, generating $60 billion in total economic impact, supporting 255,500 jobs and contributing 3% to the state GDP — with production growing steadily from 16.6 billion pounds in 2023 to 18.2 billion pounds in 2025. According to the Texas Association of Dairymen, the State ranks third in national milk production, and nearly 8% of Texas’ total milk production comes from Erath County in North Central Texas.

The event will bring together dairy producers, technology companies, students, faculty, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs for a morning of networking and practical ideas. Attendees will explore new tools and technologies that help dairy farms work smarter, produce more efficiently, cut costs, and create better career opportunities for the next generation.
