Child Care Services Orientation (Required)
As part of the onboarding process to obtain a Child Care Services (CCS) Agreement, all prospective Early Learning Programs (ELP)are required to attend the Child Care Services Orientation. This mandatory session is designed to help early learning programs understand the expectations of partnering with Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas. The orientation provides a comprehensive overview of Child Care Services, including the Early Learning Program agreement, the ELP Child Care Services Manual, and the Texas Rising Star entry-level requirements. It also introduces the resources and support systems available to assist you as a CCS program.
Texas Rising Star Orientation (Required)
After completing the CCS Orientation and signing your provider agreement, the first required step toward Texas Rising Star certification is attending the Texas Rising Star Orientation. This mandatory session provides essential guidance for both onboarding and certified Early Learning Programs. It offers a detailed overview of the Texas Rising Star program and outlines the steps needed to achieve and maintain certification.
To ensure a productive and engaging experience for all participants:
- Late Entry: Attendees will not be admitted more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
- Participation: Active engagement and having your camera turned on are required to receive attendance credit.
